villa for rent

Offered for rent near the Pevero Golf Club, the villa is an elegant property located in the Pevero valley, one of the most iconic areas of the Costa Smeralda. The residence reflects the authentic style of the 1980s, enhanced by distinctive features such as terracotta flooring.

The property is surrounded by a well-maintained flowering garden and features a panoramic swimming pool with a teak lounge area, overlooking the golf course and the bay of Cala di Volpe.

The villa is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living room with direct access to a covered terrace, equipped with a dining area, barbecue, and lounge area, ideal for relaxing. The kitchen has an independent entrance with access to the rear garden. On the same level there are also the master bedroom with separate entrance and en suite bathroom, one double bedroom, a staff bedroom with guest bathroom, and a laundry area.

The upper floor features a second terrace, designed to ensure greater privacy, with a pleasant sea-view lounge area. This level also includes two bedrooms — one double and one twin — both with en suite bathrooms, as well as an additional bathroom with shower.

The staff bedroom, with private bathroom, is located in an independent area of the property and has a separate entrance.
