This Villa was one of the first villas to be built on the Costa Smeralda, in the early 1960's, and the owner picked the best site, with the most magnificent panoramic views. At the entrance to the Cala di Volpe bay, it is on a large 40m sandy beach that can only be reached through the villa's garden or from the sea: this beach is one of the prettiest and most famous of the Costa Smeralda and is virtually private. The villa is part of the exclusive Condominium La Celvia, accessed through a custodian's gate, with a private road and beautiful planting. The villa itself is spread out so as to make the most of its enviable position and the amazing sea views.

The house was designed in Costa Smeralda style and now it has all modern conveniences while retaining its old charm; it has 5 double en-suite bedrooms in the main house, a playroom with two fold-up bunk beds & bathroom and a separate air-conditioned studio apartment for two persons. All rooms except the playroom are air-conditioned.

Apart from comfortable indoor spaces, the house enjoys many and varied outside sitting areas. As well as the main south-facing terrace, there are several smaller terraces and balconies, an internal courtyard, a range of garden areas and of course the beach.
